&nbsp;We are looking for a Senior FP&amp;A expert who will support the management by providing reliable data and analysis for decision-making and planning. The analysis involves the Financial, Strategical, and Operational performance of Divar. Main duties include maintaining internal controls over financial reporting, presenting financial reports to an executive team, and overseeing the preparation of budgets.&nbsp; Responsibilities: <ul> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Preparation of frequent or ad hoc insightful financial reports for directors, all stakeholders, and&nbsp; directors of different functions </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Prepare, Identify, and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Deep understanding of financial statements and ability to analyze financial ratios and KPIs comprehensively </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Providing and maintaining integrated financial databases and dashboards aligned with accounting and other sources of data to execute in the FP&amp;A team </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Identify and understand business and financial challenges; propose and create solutions </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Diving deeply into financial data and becoming a subject matter expert to provide additional insights </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Ensuring compliance and consistency of financial reports coming from different teams </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Correction of possible discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial reports created by other teams and improving the reliability of the reports as much as possible. </li></ul>
