<p></p><p>We are seeking a self-driven, globally minded Director of Innovation &amp; External Affairs — someone who can think like an entrepreneur, act like a diplomat, and deliver like an operator.</p><p></p><p>This role isn’t about managing tasks; it’s about building bridges — between technology and art, business and academia, ideas and impact.</p><p>You’ll work directly with the Chairman, board members, and executive leaders, helping shape projects that live beyond the company’s core — ventures that combine innovation, sustainability, and cultural significance.</p><p></p><p>While the position includes certain administrative responsibilities, it is by no means limited to them — it’s a multidimensional role for someone who thrives on initiating projects, cultivating relationships, and creating global connections.</p><p></p><p>If you find meaning at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and connection, this is your space.</p><p><br><br><br></p><h3>What You’ll Do</h3><h3>🚀 Innovation &amp; Strategic Projects</h3><ul><li>Lead and execute initiatives that extend the Board’s vision — from clean-energy and tech investments to cross-sector collaborations with universities, NGOs, and the service or creative industries.</li><li>Design and launch exploratory ventures that merge commercial logic with cultural or social purpose.</li><li>Identify new opportunities where our ecosystem can contribute to progress, locally and globally.</li></ul><h3>🌐 External Affairs &amp; Global Relations</h3><ul><li>Build and nurture relationships with influential leaders — including government officials, CEOs, investors, university heads, and thought leaders.</li><li>Represent the Chairman and the Board in international forums, innovation summits, and partnership talks.</li><li>Initiate global collaborations that connect our ecosystem with world-class institutions, funds, and creative networks.</li><li>Having international education or professional experience is a distinct advantage — but what matters most is your ability to think and operate globally, wherever you are.</li></ul><h3>🌱 Community &amp; Ecosystem Development</h3><ul><li>Create experiences and platforms that connect technologists, creators, and innovators — such as exhibitions, salons, or gatherings that blend intellect, art, and entrepreneurship.</li><li>Collaborate with universities and cultural institutions to amplify science, technology, and design dialogue in public spaces.</li></ul><h3>🧭 Governance &amp; Coordination</h3><ul><li>Provide strategic and administrative support to the Chairman and Board, ensuring clarity, progress, and follow-through on key decisions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with C-level executives to ensure external initiatives complement the company’s vision and momentum.</li><li>Manage sensitive communications with discretion and precision.</li></ul>
