Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our financial team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting practices, be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and hold a relevant degree in accounting or finance. This role requires at least two years of relevant work experience and a deep familiarity with current accounting and auditing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Accounting Entries: Proficient in recording accounting entries accurately and timely.
- VAT and Seasonal Transactions: Familiar with preparing VAT returns and handling seasonal transactions and tax compliance on the Taxpayer system.
- Financial Documents: Accurately record financial documents, including warehouse operations, fixed assets, and calculate depreciation expenses while generating the related reports.
- Inventory and Asset Management: Knowledgeable in inventory management and asset management, particularly end-of-year operations.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Expert in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for various financial tasks and data analysis.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
- Having at least 2 years of related experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to details.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills as a team member.
- Able to make feasible decisions under stressful situations.
- Focused and precise on the given tasks.
- Scheduling skills to perform the given tasks in a timely manner
