Brand Specialist

  • Create and develop the strategy and core elements of the brand based on research and data; 
  •  Participate actively in collaboration with the Brand Manager and Art Director in the compilation and maintenance of brand assets and documents and marketing collaterals (brand book, brand position statement, matrix of brand messages, visual and artistic assets, guidelines and instructions, etc) 
  • Supervise and manage all brand-related projects and activities in different touch points to maintain the tone of voice, messages, and brand identity; 
  • Assist marketing team in crafting briefs to align and integrate brand messages; 
  • Participate actively in ideation and brainstorming sessions to maintain convergence in the direction of brand strategy; 
  • Design and develop educational procedures to keep key brand stakeholders up to dates, such as the PR and HR team, in order to create and maintain an integrated understanding of brand messages and guidelines; 
  • Manage and update brand guides and documents related to communication strategies and brand messages and value propositions; 
  • Update IMC document and position all verticals in Divar in collaboration with Brand Manager and Brand Analyst; 
  • Collect clues, Identify hidden stories in the data, and Initiative in presenting ideas and suggestions; 
  • Participate in compiling reports of brand projects related to brand Analyst; 
  • Propose and complete communication campaigns briefs to achieve brand goals; 
  • Translate brand research results and insights gained into brand strategies and stories; 
  • Suggest brand communication strategy for social media (planning, briefing, and performance monitoring) to convey basic messages; 
  • Create a proper brand image and desirable brand associations in continuous collaboration with the content and social media team leader; 
  • Design and develop brand guidelines and communication frameworks in partnership with the Brand Manager; 
  • Collaborate on writing core brand messages with the Brand manager, and content, campaigns, and social media team. 



  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Must have a sense of brand strategy, brand metrics, and goals;
  • Excellent, in-depth knowledge of brand and Marketing communications; 
  • Analytical skills to be able to diagnose and develop insight-led propositions; 
  • A proven analytical and Data-driven strategic approach to communications strategy;
  • Ability to understand product features and specs and translate them into impactful brand content; 
  • Demonstrated ability to provide counsel / guidance / oversight and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done in the best way possible;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build collaboration across multiple teams.
