Campaign Team Lead

At Divar, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Campaign Team Lead to spearhead the planning, coordination, implementation, and oversight of various innovative and creative marketing campaigns. This role will involve collaborating with diverse teams to drive the success of our products and services through strategic and imaginative initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Campaign Team Lead, you will 

• Organize and manage campaigns effectively within budget constraints, supervising the execution, monitoring, and evaluation of digital, in-app, and eCRM campaigns to ensure their success with your team. Working closely with internal stakeholders like the creative, research, and product teams,
• Devise and implement effective campaign timelines and schedules.
• Involve communicating clearly and effectively with internal teams and external creative agencies, designers, and developers to deliver comprehensive campaign activities such as gamification, interactive content, and personalized experiences.
• Utilize resources effectively to generate creative and high-quality content, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, will be crucial.
• Measure and report on the ROI of campaigns, while providing insights for continuous improvement.
   

• Proven experience as a team lead in performance marketing and campaign management, with a strong creative ability and an eye for high-quality content.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• At least 3+ years of successful involvement in campaigns that demonstrate strong leadership qualities.
• Possess an analytical mindset with high problem-solving ability
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, app install campaigns, and eCRM tools.
• Hands-on experience in managing offline campaigns is a valuable asset.
