Employer Brand Manager will take charge of Divar employer branding strategy design and execution to create a promising brand in our competitive marketplace and within the organization. It is a key role in our HR team working closely with other HR team leaders and business managers to make a big impact on brand attraction in the short and long term. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Design and develop employer branding strategy aligned with Divar strategy;
  • Translate strategy into ambitious goals and enable the E‌‌B team to achieve them; 
  • Manage effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organization;
  • Plan, establish, and oversee the company's touch points such as social networks and other channels related to recruitment and employer branding;
  • provide the best knowledge, proper external benchmarks, best practices, and innovative solutions to support the business;
  • Develop and manage creative recruitment campaigns to attract the active and inactive candidates; 
  • Lead EB Team at high-level engagement and productivity;  
  • Lead team to  transform the Divar employer value proposition into a compelling and authentic story;
  • Establish an employment branding network to ensure the successful execution of our branding strategy;
  • Lead internal and external research to gather the required data for key decisions in the field;
  • Manage external vendor's delivery and contracts  and ensure they meet the expected quality within the agreed timeline;
  • Budget employer branding activities and monitor costs vs the budget.

 

Requirements

  • BA or MA (Social Sciences, MBA, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or equivalent) is preferred;
  • Experience in Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing;
  • Proven ability to come up with inventive ideas on how to market the brand to target groups;
  • Analytical understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics;
  • Highly organized with solid project management skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
