Facilities and Workplace Supervisor

The Facilities and Workplace Supervisor is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising the workplace services and support team to ensure that all organizational spaces, facilities, and services are provided to employees in an orderly, safe, and efficient manner.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Supervision of Services Team

• Supervise and lead the services team, including cleaning staff, general services, workplace support, and related activities
• Plan shifts, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of team members
• Train service staff and ensure compliance with operational, behavioral, and safety standards
• Evaluate team performance and report to the relevant manager

Facilities and Workplace Management

• Monitor the daily condition of office spaces, rooms, halls, and shared areas
• Ensure workplace facilities are fully operational and ready for use (cleanliness, layout, general equipment)

Coordination with Service Providers and Contractors

• Coordinate with contractors and vendors providing support services
• Monitor service quality and follow up on resolving deficiencies

Workplace Safety, Order, and Discipline

• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace order standards
• Report and follow up on unsafe conditions or non-compliance with standards

• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in services, facilities, or administrative support
• Experience in team supervision or management (preferably service teams)
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage human resources
• Good communication skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
