HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a consultant to our team leaders on all issues related to human resources. Your ultimate goal in this role will be enabling leaders to make better decisions in HR issues and developing their teams. HR operations will be managed separately and have minimal involvement. 

You need to act as a culture and change steward, actively identify people and team issues, and provide local solutions to address them in cooperation with business managers and other HR teams. 

 

Responsibilities   

  • Develop team leaders to enhance their quality of leadership, decision-making, and people matters 
  • Provide insight on team status, dynamics, and problems 
  • Run adequate solutions to evaluate team health and facilitate action plan 
  • Help team leaders manage conflict in their team 
  • Advise team leaders to formulate people strategy in function to align with the function strategy 
  • Advocate company values and culture among the team and proactively identify misalignments 
  • Provide inputs to other HR teams on solutions that may need improvement 
  • Align the procedures within their team with company HR strategies 

 

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as an HR generalist
  • Well understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Proven working experience in successful teams
