We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in full-cycle recruiting. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
You are supposed to :
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
- Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
- Define OKRs and manage workload, development plan, performance reviews.
- Develop college recruiting programs.
- Communicate with external parties.
- Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing and etc.
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
- Insight and ability to implement talent management strategies to build and sustain cultural infrastructure in the hiring process.
- Well-organized.
- Leadership and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.
