Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with experience in full-cycle recruiting. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

You are supposed to :

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
  • Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Define OKRs and manage workload, development plan, performance reviews.
  • Develop college recruiting programs.
  • Communicate with external parties.
  • Educate and train hiring managers related to recruiting; process, interviewing and etc.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a talent acquisition manager.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding.
  • Insight and ability to implement talent management strategies to build and sustain cultural infrastructure in the hiring process.
  • Well-organized.
  • Leadership and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or relevant field.
