Telesales Representative - Karnameh

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telesales Representative to join our Sales team. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue through excellence in customer service and an informed, consultative approach to selling and client conversion.


Responsibilities

  • Working as a single point of contact between sellers and buyers.
  • Provide information regarding service in an engaging manner.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service using scripts provided.
  • Arrange meetings between seller and buyer.
  • Take relevant notes on all calls for future use and enter into database.
  • Keep CRM systems updated.
Requirements
  • Excellent negotiation skills with ability to persuade people.
  • Customer focused.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as CRM.
  • Familiarity with MS-Office (Excel and Word) and Google Drive.
  • Cool-tempered and Team player.
  • Familiarity with cars and auto market is a plus.
