We are looking for an energetic, creative, and versatile Talent Acquisition Executive with a passion for finding and engaging the brightest, most impactful talents—whether outstanding Individual Contributors or transformative Managers. In this role, you are not just a recruiter; you’re a process designer, experience owner, and facilitator who empowers expert hiring teams to bring in exceptional people. You’ll use innovative strategies and non-traditional channels to discover, attract, and help evaluate talents who make a real difference, while ensuring a world-class experience for candidates and your business partners at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Talent Sourcing:
Design, test, and optimize creative approaches to source top-tier Managers and Individual Contributors (ICs)—people with the expertise and originality to drive our business forward. Seek talent everywhere: events, niche communities, private networks, online spaces, and beyond.
- Non-linear Networking & Talent Mapping:
Build unconventional, multi-dimensional networks across industries. Monitor trends, key projects, and company transformations to discover hidden high-caliber candidates—regardless of job title or background.
- Process Design & Facilitation:
Architect and continuously improve a world-class recruitment process reflecting our values and commitment to excellence. Facilitate and orchestrate interview stages, enabling hiring teams to conduct robust, fair, and deep assessments.
- Facilitator of Evaluation & Decision-Making:
Guide, coach, and support hiring teams through interview loops—providing structure, feedback mechanisms, and the latest best practices. Ensure clear evaluation criteria and unbiased, high-quality decisions.
- Candidate Experience Ownership:
Own and champion the candidate journey: set expectations, communicate proactively, and ensure every interaction is transparent, personalized, and engaging—from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Bridge Between Candidates and Teams:
Be the main point of contact—removing blockers, aligning communications, and making sure both sides are empowered and informed throughout the process.
- Continuous Improvement & Experimentation:
Relentlessly review processes and try new ideas. Learn from every hiring cycle and swiftly adapt to raise the bar.
- Culture and Talent Advocacy:
Inspire your stakeholders on the value of exceptional talent and innovative hiring. Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and bold thinking in every aspect of acquiring talent.
- Collaborative Partnership:
Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR partners to constantly refine understanding of current and future talent needs.
Requirements
- Proven track record of creatively sourcing and engaging both experienced Managers and high-performing Individual Contributors using methods beyond traditional recruiting.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and connect with exceptional talent—especially those with unique backgrounds or unconventional career paths.
- Outstanding networking skills across multiple channels and communities.
- Data-driven mindset and a relentless drive for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities; able to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong facilitation, organization, and process management skills.
- Resourceful, tenacious, curious, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
- Comfortable with digital tools, social media, and modern recruitment technology.
- At least 3 years’ high quality experience in talent acquisition or HR across diverse industries (the more variety, the better).
