Supplier Planning and Management: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Identify and evaluate reputable food and beverage suppliers.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Negotiate and establish contracts with suppliers offering quality products at reasonable prices.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Develop efficient policies and procedures for supplier management. Improvement of Food and Beverage Quality: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Propose and develop various menus to match the tastes and nutritional needs of employees.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the preparation, transportation, and storage of food and beverages.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Monitor and evaluate the quality of received food and beverages. Inventory Management and Cost Control: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Track and manage inventory of food and beverages.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Provide solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiency in the use of materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Develop budgets and manage costs related to the procurement and distribution of food and beverages. Distribution Process Management: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Design and implement optimal processes for the regular and timely distribution of food and beverages. Monitoring and Reporting: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, food quality, and supplier performance.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Offer suggestions and improvement strategies to senior management. Event and Occasions Support: &nbsp;&nbsp;- Plan and manage catering services for company events and meetings.&nbsp;&nbsp;- Coordinate with suppliers to provide suitable food and beverages for special occasions.
