Some responsibilities of this position are:

  • Coordinating with team leaders and preparing reports for individuals.
  • Supporting management tasks.
  • Preparing and managing personnel contracts.
  • Preparing personnel information, part-time work hours, earnings and deductions for calculating salaries.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks such as preparing introduction letters and pay-slips.
  • Checking the status of personnel loans.


  • Decision making capabilities, innovation in solving problems and ability to optimize existing processes
  • Excellent communication skills and eagerness to help others
  • Having a focused mind and being able to multitask
  • Good at writing and editing texts in Persian
  • Good at writing English and Persian letters and emails
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive (G-Suite)
