We're seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Product Marketer. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our product and our users, transforming complex product challenges—from user dissatisfaction to feature adoption—into compelling, actionable marketing campaigns.

You'll dive deep into user behavior and product data to uncover key insights, define marketing-solvable problems, and design impactful campaign strategies aligned with business goals. Collaborating closely with the product team, you'll craft creative briefs, guide external partners, and leverage data for execution across digital, social, and offline channels. Your analytical prowess will be crucial in reviewing campaign performance and recommending data-driven optimizations.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in product-driven marketing, a strong ability to extract insights from data, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a knack for shaping effective campaign messaging. Proficiency with analytics tools, digital execution platforms, and a proactive approach to leveraging AI for analysis, ideation, and execution are key to success in our forward-thinking environment.

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyzing user behavior and product data to identify and understand key product issues
  • Defining marketing-solvable problems based on product and user needs
  • Designing product-focused campaign strategies aligned with business goals and audience insight
  • Translating product challenges — from user dissatisfaction to feature adoption — into actionable marketing campaigns in collaboration with the product team
  • Writing creative briefs and guiding external creative partners to deliver aligned, effective ideas
  • Leveraging product data to lead parts of campaign execution, including agency coordination or in-product digital activation
  • Reviewing campaign performance and recommending data-driven optimizations

Requirements

  • +4 years of experience in marketing, with a background in designing and executing product-driven and data-informed campaigns
  • Strong ability to analyze product and campaign data to extract insights and optimize execution paths
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, product lifecycle, and marketing's role in solving product challenges
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and digital execution platforms
  • Skilled in writing creative briefs, collaborating with external creative partners, and shaping campaign messaging
    Familiarity with running campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels, with the ability to manage execution and coordination
  • Active use of AI tools for analysis, ideation, and execution — with a strong interest in working in an environment that embraces and experiments with emerging tools
