Your core mission: architect, lead, and elevate best-in-class financial planning, liquidity management, and capital markets practices to fuel the ambitious growth of a fast-changing, high-growth tech company.&nbsp;<h3 style="text-align:left;width:100%;">Responsibilities</h3>&nbsp;<ul> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Build and lead a world-class FP&amp;A structure:&nbsp; Design and implement agile, efficient, and high-impact financial planning &amp; analysis processes tailored for a dynamic tech environment—delivering deep, accurate, and actionable insights for rapid decision-making.&nbsp; </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Orchestrate robust liquidity and funding frameworks:&nbsp; Develop and oversee integrated liquidity management structures to ensure continuous support for domestic operations and international project financing.&nbsp; </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Provide professional counsel on complex financial and revenue scenarios:&nbsp; Advise the core business team on intricate, high-stakes financial/income models and guide the company through nuanced, mission-critical cases.&nbsp; </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Manage and optimize substantial multi-million-dollar revenues:&nbsp; Strategically oversee the company's income and assets, deploying advanced investment models to drive growth and maximize returns.&nbsp; </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Design and execute strategies for boosting share liquidity and value:&nbsp; Deliver innovative solutions to enhance both the liquidity and market value of company shares; lead initiatives for share management, valuation, and capital-raising.&nbsp; </li> <li style="text-align:left;width:100%;"> Deepen equity/stock affairs and market presence:&nbsp; &nbsp; Supervise and professionalize equity management processes, and develop long-term strategies for deepening the company’s presence and engagement in international capital markets.&nbsp; </li> </ul>
