The Recruitment Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving recruitment efforts and maintaining strong client relationships within our organization. This position combines account management with talent acquisition, focusing on meeting clients' staffing needs while ensuring a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Responsibilities  
 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Talent Acquisition Support: Schedule interviews and phone screens, and assist in other talent acquisition activities, including sponsorships and recruitment events.
  • Candidate Engagement: Perform phone interviews as needed to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Process Coordination: Oversee the recruitment process from job posting through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective communication between clients and candidates.
  • Consultation and Strategy: Advise clients on market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment strategies to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage recruitment documentation and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns and other talent acquisition initiatives.
