Senior ERP Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Specialist to oversee our company's ERP system, ensuring its continuous availability and optimal functionality. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP software management, data backup processes, and integrating ERP with other organizational systems. This role requires both technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills to support users and enhance our ERP environment.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the data backup processes of the company's ERP software.
• Constantly oversee the backup of files on the team's Google Drive account.
• Ensure the ERP service is available at all times with a high availability (HA) of over 98%.
• Develop custom forms for each company based on needs assessment and follow up with the support team for approval and installation in the production environment.
• Create custom reports for each company using the software's report builder according to their requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve errors encountered by users within the ERP software.
• Train users to ensure the correct and efficient use of the ERP software.
• Coordinate ERP software updates with the support team to maximize the coverage of new requirements.
• Integrate internal organizational processes by establishing and improving connections between the ERP and other existing platforms, and troubleshoot any potential issues.

• Familiarity with SQL Server and databases, including triggers, procedures, and indexes.
• Experience in ERP software implementation (prior experience in ERP deployment is considered a plus).
• Understanding of internal organizational processes (accounting, procurement, sales, warehousing, payroll, etc.).
• Proficiency in report building tools such as Report Builder and Crystal Report.
• Knowledge of designing and creating data entry forms.
• Experience with Rahkaran solutions is considered advantageous.
