Divar, a leading tech company in the classified ads segment, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Single Threaded Leader (STL) to oversee and drive the growth of a key product area. As an STL, you will have complete responsibility and authority over your domain, tasked with delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experience and reinforce our market position.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vision and Ownership : Define and implement the strategic roadmap for your product or program. Lead initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Divar's overarching business objectives.

Market Analysis and Innovation : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Leverage insights to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the classified ads market.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies. Influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Customer-Centric Approach : Advocate for our users by deeply understanding their needs and pain points. Gather and analyze customer feedback to shape product features and improvements that enhance user satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize metrics and analytics to evaluate product performance and inform decision-making. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and guide iterative improvements.

Execution and Accountability : Lead the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Assume responsibility and accountability for the results within your area of ownership.

Leadership and Team Development : Inspire and mentor team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a related role in the tech industry.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that increase user engagement and market share.
