Responsibilities

Leadership and Management

  • Monitor team performance, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for management review.

  • Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to support professional development.
  • Actively listen to team feedback, addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts to maintain a harmonious team dynamic.

Technical Oversight

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s technology strategy and roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the overall direction of the company’s technology offerings and set long-term priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a team leader, supervisor, or in a similar leadership role in a technology-focused environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and the ability to apply them to drive team success.
  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of [relevant technologies/industries].
